Job Description
The Event Sales Manager serves as the primary ambassador for our venue, responsible for driving revenue through corporate and social event sales. You will work closely with guests to design tailored events that perfectly blend exceptional food, beverages, and entertainment. This role requires a strategic thinker who is adept at building long-term community relationships, managing logistics, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive Revenue: Meet and exceed personal sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis by implementing effective lead-generating strategies and monitoring target market demographics.
· Client Relationship Management: Foster lasting relationships with event hosts and corporate clients through ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
· Proactively engage in outbound sales calls and community networking to build brand awareness and capture new business opportunities.
· Manage event administrative requirements, formulate contracts, and coordinate seamlessly with internal departments and outside vendors to guarantee our high standards of quality are met.
· Create, manage, and confirm bookings using the sales systems, ensuring all prospect communications and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are accurately tracked.
Qualifications
· A minimum of 4 years of event and wedding sales management experience.
· A proven track record of achieving and exceeding financial sales goals.
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a highly professional and outgoing demeanor.
· Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to effectively manage logistics in a fast-paced environment.
· A guest-oriented mindset with the highest degree of honesty, integrity, and dedication to excellence.
