Job Description

KeyStaff Professionals is seeking a Transportation Supervisor for a growing client of ours to oversee daily distribution operations and lead a team of professional drivers. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient delivery schedules, maintaining high service standards, and supporting the overall success of the delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday 6pm-6am
Manage and adjust driver routes, schedules, and workloads to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
Monitor performance metrics, coach drivers, and provide ongoing training to support growth and engagement.
Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing DOT/OSHA standards, conducting audits, and reinforcing compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues, strengthen relationships, and enhance service efficiency.
Drive process improvements by identifying gaps, analyzing KPIs, and implementing solutions to achieve department goals.
Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, or other safety regulations
Strong technical, written, and verbal skills
Experience supervising and/or leading teams

Qualifications:

3–5+ years of delivery, transportation, or logistics experience with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of compliance standards a plus.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
Bachelor’ s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field
Experience working in the beverage industry preferred
CDL Clas A license or willingness to obtain
