Highly Motivated Full-Time Sales Associate for Jenny’s Barn
*Store opening in Southampton, NY in May 2025*
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Jenny’s Barn is a new shop and we are looking for a warm, enthusiastic salesperson who also has a fashion sense and an affinity to Western Wear!
- Must be able to work full-time ( at least weekends)
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be able to work during some holidays (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day)
- Must have retail sales experience & customer service skills
- Must have Job References & Resume
- Must have strong work ethic & works well in a team environment
- Must be computer literate & understand general POS systems and using Google Suite Tools
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Pay: $21 per hour / free lunch
- Growth opportunities towards Management
- As a part of our sales team, will greet all customers and assist them with their shopping experience.
- Team Member will multitask and work on their feet
- Go through training on sales skills & product knowledge where needed
- Daily tasks will also include: capturing customer information, learning our point-of-sales software & completing transactions, assisting with inventory/price checks, and providing general assistance to the owner.
