We are seeking an Executive Assistant / Training Coordinator to join our team! You will manage our training division which includes assisting in setting up the annual training calendar, working with marketing and the executive team to schedule classes, ensure attendees have courseware, respond to training questions and providing high-level administrative support which includes office management for our law firm. We are family friendly and willing to work with parents on hours in the office when they have children in school. In office hours are two days a week. There may be some additional hours working from home to respond to email questions about training. This is approximately 16 - 20 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
- Organize training including but not limited to speaker arrangements, pre-registration, handouts, catering, room set-up, audio-visual equipment and any special requirements.
- Serve as day-of contact to provide on-site assistance to attendees, trainers and others as necessary.
- Receive visitors
- Maintain and order supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
