Compensation Overview (Clear & Transparent)

• Therapists earn approximately 41–50% of the service value per massage, depending on training level

  • Paid hourly wage for all time on-site
    
    
  • Service commission
    
    
  • Automatic 18% service charge on every service
    
    
  • Commission on retail sales
    
    
  • Add-ons and enhancements increase those earnings
    
    

What You’ll Do

• Provide customized massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs and wellness goals
  
  
• Perform massage and body treatments, including body scrubs
  
  
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and appropriate enhancements (no high-pressure sales)
  
  
• Build long-term client relationships through consistency and care
  
  
• Maintain accurate session notes and treatment records
  
  
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and treatment room standards
  
  
• Collaborate with the spa team to support a seamless client experience
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Current California Massage Therapy License
  
  
• Proficiency in Swedish and therapeutic massage
  (Deep tissue and hot stones a plus)
  
  
• Strong understanding of anatomy and the musculoskeletal system
  
  
• 1–2+ years of professional experience preferred, but newer therapists with strong fundamentals are welcome
  
  
• Willingness to learn new modalities and participate in ongoing training
  
  
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused
