The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for professional-level roles, with a primary focus on field sales positions. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, proactively sourcing and engaging qualified candidates while ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience. The role requires extensive collaboration with the Professional TA team, TA Managers, Directors, and Field Leadership to align talent strategies with evolving business needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to stay informed of current and future hiring needs and business priorities.
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for professional-level roles, primarily within field sales, from sourcing through offer negotiation.
- Source qualified candidates using a variety of methods, including applicant tracking systems, internet recruiting resources, networking, cold calls, media outreach, and employee referrals.
- Screen and interview applicants to evaluate work history, training, education, and relevant job skills.
- Negotiate salary and compensation packages with candidates in alignment with organizational guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate employment records throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate with applicants regarding employment opportunities, application status, and selection decisions.
- Promote career opportunities by informing candidates about the organization's facilities, operations, benefits, and growth potential.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent training.
- 57 years of customer service or talent acquisition-related experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of dedicated recruiting experience.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple levels in a high-volume environment (20+ open requisitions).
- Demonstrated experience in a corporate or agency recruiting setting.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and hiring team stakeholders.
- Experience negotiating salary and compensation with candidates.
- Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices.
- Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting within a large, matrixed organization.
- Knowledge and experience with Phenom CRM.
- Understanding of business and management principles related to strategic workforce planning.
- Mentoring skills with the ability to provide constructive performance feedback.
