Lead estimating efforts for civil infrastructure projects, focusing on cost modeling, bid development, and preconstruction planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and geotechnical data
• Develop detailed takeoffs and cost estimates across civil scopes
• Assess subcontractor bids and supplier pricing
• Support value engineering and cost optimization efforts
• Collaborate with project teams during bid development
• Maintain cost data and historical pricing benchmarks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience estimating heavy civil projects
• Experience with transportation, water, or structural infrastructure
• Strong understanding of construction methods and cost drivers
• Experience with estimating software platforms
