Creature Comforts is a growing, fast-paced small animal veterinary clinic in Carroll, Ohio. We are looking for two personable and highly organized veterinary receptionists to join our compassionate team.
Duties include:
- Answering client calls, scheduling and confirming appointments
- Greeting and guiding clients to exam rooms
- Managing medical records, charts and client correspondence
- Walking dogs, cleaning cages, maintaining cleanliness of exam rooms
- Processing client payments
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Capacity to work effectively and with compassion during stressful situations.
- Ability to work on weekends and evenings as needed.
Schedule 1:
7:30 am – 2 pm M, T, Th
7:30am – 1 pm every other Saturday
Schedule 2:
2 – 8 pm M, T, Th
7:30am – 1 pm every other Saturday
