Job DescriptionSalary: $2,200 Bi-weekly

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee home and community-based health care services. The Program Manager ensures high-quality, person-centered care while maintaining compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, ODP, and state regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily program operations, scheduling, and service delivery.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate program staff.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid/ODP guidelines, HIPAA, and licensing standards.
• Monitor service quality through audits, site visits, and documentation review.
• Serve as liaison with families, staff, and regulatory agencies.
• Develop and monitor program budgets and billing accuracy.
• Prepare reports and track outcomes for leadership and funding agencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Health Care Administration, Nursing, Social Work, Human Services, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 35 years of experience in program management or supervisory role in home health/ODP/community-based services.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and ODP regulations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.

Physical Requirements:

• Primarily sedentary role; extended periods of sitting and typing.
• Regular standing, walking, and occasional field site visits may be required.
• Must navigate varied environments (e.g., stairs, narrow hallways).
• Occasional ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs (e.g., equipment, supplies).
• Must travel between client sites or offices as needed and operate a vehicle safely.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $2,200 bi-weekly

Expected hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
