⚙️ About the Role — Master the Machines
We’re looking for a CNC Lathe Machinist who knows their way around setups, tool changes, and tight‑tolerance work.
You’ll run multiple machines in a modern, climate‑controlled facility designed for people who take craftsmanship seriously.
This is not a “push‑the‑button” job.
This is a craftsman‑level machining role where your skill, your intuition, and your attention to detail truly matter.
🎯 Your Daily Mission
- Take full command of CNC setups from start to finish
- Run CNC lathes with precision and confidence
- Make minor program edits to keep processes running smoothly
- Perform tool changeovers like a pro
- Measure and inspect parts to tight, exact tolerances
- Troubleshoot, adjust, and keep machines running at peak performance
- Ensure every part that leaves your station is perfect
🧰 Your Skillset (aka Your Machinist Superpowers)
- CNC machining & CNC setup mastery
- Strong CNC Lathe operation experience
- Ability to make light G‑Code edits
- Familiarity with CNC milling operations
- Sharp eye for quality, accuracy & precision

Exposure to advanced machining tech, like:
- CNC Turning
- Horizontal/Vertical Machining Centers
- Lathes
- Knee Mills
- Grinders, honing tools, sandblasting equipment, etc.

🏭 Shifts & Work Environment1st Shift
🕖 Mon–Fri | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift
🕞 Mon–Thu | 3:30 PM – 1:45 AM
Need Extra Hours?
⭐ 4–5 hours of overtime available weekly!
Work alongside 15–17 highly skilled machinists using cutting‑edge turning centers, horizontal & vertical machining centers, and precision tooling.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SAINT LOUIS, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $67.20/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
