  • Ability to work with large, high-volume manufacturing equipment

  • High level of accuracy and craftsmanship

  • Comfortable working from blueprints and technical drawings

  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)

  • Experience operating overhead cranes preferred

  • Commitment to safe work practices and team collaboration

What to Expect Physically

This is an active, hands-on manufacturing role that includes:

  • Standing or walking throughout the shift

  • Repetitive motion and equipment operation

  • Frequent use of hands and controls

  • Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.

  • Computer and data entry interaction

At Klute, you're not just operating a machine - you're helping build structures that power communities and support industries nationwide. Build your future with a company as solid as the steel we fabricate. Apply today.
