Logistics Support Specialist


InXpress Global Ltd, a top-ranked international franchise company with an affiliate in South Jordan, is seeking a dynamic and articulate Customer Service Support Specialist to assist franchisees in international and domestic logistics inquiries and support. Your contributions to our team will be fundamental in ensuring customer satisfaction is exceeded and that InXpress continues to lead in innovative shipping solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Embrace a culture of collaboration and creativity!
  • Be an integral part of our support center by building and maintaining relationships with Franchise Owners.
  • Support Franchise Owners and their staff via inbound helpdesk inquiries.
  • Train and assist franchisees and/or customers on how to handle issues in the future.
  • Provide solution-focused information in response to inquiries regarding software, products, and services offered.
  • Use analytical skills to determine the best solution.
  • Become an expert in InXpress software, systems, processes, and procedures. We'll teach you these!


Required Qualifications:


  • High school diploma required
  • Logistics experience a plus
  • 2+ years’ customer support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to resolve conflict and interact well with different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug test.

Work Location: On site

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

· Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)

· Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
