Responsibilities:
• Make proactive outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on previous orders and ensure satisfaction.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or issues related to their orders in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by conducting regular check-ins and providing exceptional service.
• Design simple in-house graphics for personalized products as needed.
• Utilize proprietary software systems to manage customer information and orders (training provided).
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Communicate effectively through email and phone to handle inquiries and provide updates.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude in all interactions.• Prior experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using multiple web browsers and handling email correspondence.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Basic graphic design skills or a willingness to learn simple in-house design tasks.
• Friendly and personable demeanor, comfortable building rapport with customers.
• Ability to adapt to new software and systems with training.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
