ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a driven, personable, and results-oriented Sales Specialist to help prospective clients take the first step toward transforming their health and fitness.
This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives on helping others make decisions, and enjoys being rewarded for performance.
You'll primarily work with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our programs. Your job is to build trust, uncover goals, guide prospects through our process, and help them get started.
This is a full-time role with significant growth potential for the right person.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to inbound leads and conduct initial qualification callsSchedule qualified prospects for in-person consultationsFollow up with prospects after trial workouts and consultationsEnroll new members into the appropriate training programMaintain consistent follow-up with leads who have not yet made a decisionGenerate referrals from current members and new clientsMaintain accurate notes and communication within company systemsWork closely with coaches and staff to ensure an exceptional client experience

QUALIFICATIONS
Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience preferredFitness industry experience is a plus but not requiredAble to respond to leads during business hours between 8am and 8pm ESTComfortable using CRM and communication tools
