Our dental office in La Jolla, CA is seeking a reliable and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative clinical environment.
Schedule, Full Time
Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and ensure a positive experience from arrival
- Prepare patients for treatments and checkups while ensuring comfort
- Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials
- Assist the dentist with 4-handed dentistry
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
Requirements
- Prior dental assisting experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Pay & Compensation
- $25–$28 per hour (based on experience)
