We are looking for an HR Generalist to support day-to-day people operations for a growing team. This Long-term Contract position focuses on delivering a smooth onboarding experience for new employees while assisting with core HR coordination and employee support. The role is best suited for someone who can manage multiple priorities, work effectively with cross-functional partners, and bring structure to essential HR processes. This opportunity includes a hybrid schedule with three onsite days each week.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for new employees, including administrative staff, managers, and providers, in both in-person and remote settings.

• Manage several employee start processes at the same time while ensuring documentation, communication, and timelines are completed accurately.

• Monitor and respond to the HR inbox, addressing employee questions and routing requests to the appropriate teams when needed.

• Partner with internal departments to support HR operations and maintain a consistent experience for incoming employees.

• Provide hands-on support for general HR administration, including employee records, process follow-up, and day-to-day coordination.

• Assist with benefits-related tasks and help answer routine questions connected to employee programs.

• Use HRIS tools to maintain accurate personnel information and support reporting or workflow needs.

• Collaborate with support staff, including interns, to organize onboarding activities and keep HR tasks on track.

• At least 2 years of experience in human resources, with direct exposure to generalist-level responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success handling employee onboarding from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, and benefits support.
• Experience using HRIS platforms to enter, update, and manage employee data.
• Ability to balance multiple onboarding schedules and HR requests with strong attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setting with availability to be onsite three days per week in Newark, Delaware.
