Centex Solutions is a certified CECO Building Systems Builder specializing in commercial and industrial metal buildings ranging from 20,000 to 100,000+ square feet. We operate nationwide across sectors like industrial, aviation, agricultural, and retail.
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Structural Steel Erectors / Installers to join our high-performance field crews. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient assembly of steel building components, including columns, beams, and braces on CECO metal building projects.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble and install structural steel components per project blueprints and erection plans

Rig, lift, and place steel using proper tools and techniques

Secure materials with bolts, welds, and fasteners

Collaborate with crane operators and site foremen for safe workflow

Maintain OSHA-compliant safety standards and PPE usage on site
Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience installing metal building systems

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and erection plans

Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in outdoor environments

Rigging or welding experience strongly preferred
Certification Requirement
To qualify for the NCI Group Inc. Installer Certification Program, applicants must:

Have at least 3 consecutive years of metal building installation experience

Submit a 5 Project Resume listing five previous metal roofing or cladding projects (not limited to NCI products)

Include Project Name, Address, Phone Number, and Contact Name for each project
Incomplete or illegible resumes will delay certification processing.
