We are seeking an experienced Water Mitigation & Mold Remediation Supervisor to join our growing restoration team. This role is for a true leader—someone with hands-on technical knowledge.

This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate understands not only what needs to be done, but why—and can adapt quickly when conditions, scope, or timelines change in the field.

• Base pay starting at $30/hr+, based on experience

Requirements

• IICRC Certification (active or inactive accepted)
• Set up, maintain, and monitor drying equipment per IICRC standards
• Familiarity with DASH, Xactimate, DRYtrack, or similar platforms on a Smart Device or Laptop
• High level of comfortability with communicating by text and email
• Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor technicians in real time
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to physically perform mitigation and remediation work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
