Specialized Cleaning & Restoration is growing —and we’re looking for a Construction Project Manager who’s ready to step up, help people, and build a long-term career in a high-demand industry.

This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk role. You’ll be on the move, on the front lines managing fire, water, and storm damage restoration projects—leading crews, solving problems, and making a real impact for customers when they need it most.

?? What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of restoration projects from start to finish
• Work closely with estimators to develop accurate scopes and job costs
• Communicate confidently with customers, insurance reps, and vendors
• Schedule and manage crews, subcontractors, and resources
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets
• Oversee job documentation for smooth billing and compliance
• Deliver a top-tier customer experience that leads to 5-star reviews
• Manage multiple projects at once—without letting anything slip

?? Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED (degree preferred)
• 1+ year of management/supervisory experience
• 3+ years of construction experience

?? Physical Expectations

• Lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance)
• Work on ladders, at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces)
