Job DescriptionSeeking experienced Saw Operators to work in east Tulsa and Catoosa areas. Must have experience cutting steel stock to correct length and measurements. Individuals must be able to work in high-speed and fast-paced routine environments while adhering to safety standards. Must be able to set up and operate mitar/chop/band saws Hours: 5am to 3pm (1st shift) Days: Mon-Fri, occasional weekends Pay: $16-$18 per hour
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in manufacturing environment
- Must be mechanically inclined and able to read and interpret basic blue prints.
- Must be able to unload raw materials from semi-trucks and store material.
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Must be safety conscious while performing basic preventive maintenance on saw equipment.
- Ensures work area is clean and safe at all times.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Must be aware of lock-out / tag out procedures.
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled work environments
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs with or without accommodations.
