Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in maintaining and troubleshooting state-of-the-art production equipment in our newly constructed Smart Plant. The ideal candidate will perform preventive maintenance, support Kaizen activities, and ensure the efficient functioning of all machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot PLCs by checking rungs and making minor edits to logic.
- Set parameters and touchpoints on Fanuc equipment.
- Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on production equipment, including welding cells, injection molding machines, sensors, and photo eyes.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks on all machinery.
- Support Kaizen activities to enhance process improvements.
- Lift up to 30 pounds as required.

Work Environment:
Work in a brand new, temperature-controlled facility constructed in 2024, featuring advanced robotics and automation. Enjoy a clean and bright work environment with a team of dedicated maintenance technicians. Uniforms are provided, but steel-toed boots and safety glasses are required. Shifts include 1st shift (7 AM - 3:45 PM) and 2nd shift starting January 2026 (7 PM - 3:45 AM). Minimal overtime is currently required, with potential for increase as production ramps up.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopkinsville, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.90 - $31.00/hr.
