Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Mental Health Professional/LiCSW/LMFT/LPCC/Psychologist located in Coon Rapids, MN. The role involves providing comprehensive mental health care services, including assessments, treatment planning, therapy sessions, and case management. The professional will support individuals in crisis through timely intervention and effective therapeutic techniques and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure client well-being.
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Proven expertise in Mental Health Care and Mental Health</li>
<li>Background in Psychology and skills in therapeutic practices</li>
<li>Experience with Case Management to support client progress and goals</li>
<li>Proficiency in Crisis Intervention techniques</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills</li>
<li>Licensure as LiCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist in the state of Minnesota</li>
<li>Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field</li>
<li>Registration with Minnesota Medicaid, preferred.</li>
<li>Additional training in trauma-informed care is a plus</li>
