About the Role:
Elite Sitters Homecare LLC is looking for compassionate and dedicated CNAs and PCAs to join our growing team in Hickory/Newton MS! If you have a passion for making a real difference in people's lives and enjoy providing personalized, one-on-one care, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as directed by care plans
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Document care activities and maintain accurate client records
Requirements:
- Active CNA certification or PCA experience in the state of Mississippi
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes in the Meridian, MS area
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a client-first attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts
