Springfield Suites Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking LPNs to join our nursing team in a skilled nursing environment. We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions.

In this role, you'll provide hands-on care, support resident well-being, and work alongside a collaborative clinical team focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Pay Range

$29.00 - $34.56 per hour
Pay rate is based on experience and benefit selections. Higher hourly rates may be available for employees who opt out of certain benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes

• Document care accurately in electronic records

• Coordinate with nurses, physicians, and care staff
