Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role offers a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, partnering with dedicated staff to deliver impactful therapy throughout the academic year.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of California (CA SLP Licensure required)
  • SLP-CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Clinical background in pediatric populations and school-based settings preferred
  • Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and goal setting for school-aged children
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech/language screenings and comprehensive assessments for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing a range of communication needs, including articulation, language, voice, and fluency
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations as a key team member
  • Maintain thorough documentation and accurate records in compliance with district and legal requirements
  • Engage in staff collaboration and training to support best practices in student communication strategies
