Physical Therapist - Nursing Home
Located in Philmont, NY&nbsp;
Salary Range: $55 - $60 Per hour *based on experience*

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation</li>
<li>Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery</li>
<li>Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicated patients' progress</li>
<li>Record and document patients care services</li>
<li>Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well rounded-care</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must have a valid New York professional license</li>
<li>Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy college or university</li>
<li>Must have experience in long term care</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
