Recruiting Program Manager
Onsite, Santa Clara, CA
W2 Contract 1 year- possible convert to FTE
$80-100/hr
We are currently seeking a Recruiting Program Manager to create strategies and operational plans sought at attracting talent from all backgrounds.
What you’ll be doing:
- Strategist overseeing recruiting initiatives across multiple business areas and cross functional teams focusing on ensuring that NVIDIA is recruiting from a broad pipeline and identifying top talent from all backgrounds and experiences.
- Partners closely with Diversity POD Leads, Recruiting and Business leaders to create and deliver effective recruiting strategies, programs and events to meet the needs of the business.
- Understands data including recruiting talent pipeline, market intelligence and hiring funnel metrics to drive actionable insights and results and pivots as needed.
- Understands talent and skills and represents candidates to open or newly created roles.
- Build innovative ways for improving talent pipelines to ensure that our teams consider the best talent from across the full talent pipeline.
- Drive awareness and education for building an inclusive culture where everyone can reach their full potential
What we need to see:
- 7+ years recruiting experience, with an emphasis on program management and inclusive recruiting across a diverse pipeline of talent
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior engagement with and effective influencing of senior leadership
- Proven experience and passion for building strategies to broaden talent pipeline
- Proficiency in using data to provide insights and drive results.
- Proven track record to proactively address complex issues and find effective solutions.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to collaborate, drive and influence cross functional global teams at speed of light.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
