We are seeking a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our friendly dental team in Smithfield, Rhode Island!
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily dental procedures.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and check them in for appointments
Prepare dental operatories for various dental procedures
Chairside assist dentist during dental procedures
Organize and sterilize dental instruments
Take x-rays
Perform teeth whitening, temporary crown fabrication, taking impressions
Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records
Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate:
*2+ year of experience in a dental office
*Radiology certification required
*Knowledge of Eaglesoft or similar software
*Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude
*Excellent communication and multitasking skills
*Detail-oriented and able to maintain patient confidentiality
*Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
