Title: Ammonia Refrigeration Lead
Location: Jasper IN
Compensation: 110 -120k 
Relocation Assistance: Yes 
Degree: Not required 
 
Main Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Preferred 5+ years in ammonia refrigeration service</li>
<li>Oversee 3-4 Maintenance Technicians </li>
<li>Working knowledge of the industrial refrigeration system and it’s components (screw compressors/chillers/evaporators/condenser)</li>
<li>Refrigeration troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on newly commissioned Frick ammonia refrigeration system</li>
<li>Accurately process startup forms/logs, daily tasking, and work with contracted support</li>
<li>Use technology to track and optimize system performance when onsite and offsite</li>
<li>Familiar with Controls: capable of troubleshooting analog and digital circuits</li>
<li>High expectations for preventative maintenance schedules , machine efficiencies, organization, and maintaining a clean, food-safe work environment</li>

<li>Assist with other equipment/machines as needed</li>
