Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is seeking a driven, organized, and relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to help power hiring outcomes across our assigned markets. In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring leaders to keep hiring moving with urgency and purpose.

What You’ll Do:

Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support

Build and maintain active pipelines of qualified candidates for high-priority roles

Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and drive recruiting progress

Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments

Coordinate interviews and help deliver a timely, positive candidate experience

Maintain urgency in communication, scheduling, and hiring follow-up

Participate in recruiting events, outreach efforts, and community engagement activities

Track recruiting activity and hiring results to identify gaps and improve performance

Monitor hiring metrics such as pipeline strength, time to fill, interview-to-offer conversion, and staffing progress

Take ownership of recruiting performance by adjusting sourcing strategies and increasing pipeline activity when needed

Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and talent attraction efforts
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:

Experience in recruiting, staffing, or a high-volume coordination role

Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

Ability to drive progress and performance across multiple needs and timelines

High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), healthcare operations, or service delivery models

Experience with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, or scheduling systems

Experience recruiting in healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-site environments

Experience supporting hiring managers across multiple locations

Work Environment:
This position may be clinic-based or hybrid depending on operational needs across assigned locations. The role includes regular interaction with leadership teams, staff, and community partners, and may involve travel between clinic locations and recruiting events.
Schedule and Compensation:

Full-time salaried position

Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year, depending upon experience
