Job Description
As a Production Associate, you will assemble and prepare boxes to ensure that production areas remain consistently and adequately supplied. You will support smooth production flow by maintaining a steady supply of correctly assembled boxes and assisting with general production and cleanroom tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assemble boxes, approximately 12 inches in size, to support ongoing production needs.
- Ensure production areas are continuously supplied with an adequate number of assembled boxes.
- Follow established procedures and instructions to maintain consistent quality and accuracy in box assembly.
- Perform general production and assembly tasks as assigned to support overall manufacturing operations.
- Work in a cleanroom environment when required, following all cleanliness and handling guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency.
- Stand for extended periods while assembling boxes and completing production tasks.
- Follow all safety rules and report any issues, hazards, or equipment concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Essential Skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods while assembling boxes and performing production tasks.
- Capability to perform repetitive manual tasks such as folding, assembling, and stacking boxes.
- Willingness to work in a production, general labor, and assembly environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures accurately.
- Reliability in adhering to assigned shift schedules from Monday through Friday.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in production, general labor, or general production roles is helpful.
- Familiarity with assembly work or packaging tasks is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a cleanroom environment and following cleanliness standards.
- Ability to adapt and learn tasks in different departments as needed.

Work Environment
The role is based in a production facility with a generally comfortable environment and a clean workspace, including work in cleanroom areas when required. You will work Monday through Friday on one of three shifts: 1st Shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, 2nd Shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, or 3rd Shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. While the facility is largely comfortable and well-maintained, you should expect to encounter various noticeable odors and stenches throughout the day as part of the production process. The position is physically active and requires standing for most of the shift while assembling boxes and performing general production tasks. Casual, practical attire suitable for a production and cleanroom environment is recommended, in line with company safety and cleanliness guidelines.

This is a Contract position based out of Erlanger, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
