T. Ray & Associates is looking for a friendly, reliable, and self-motivated Field Customer Service Representative to meet with clients who have personally requested information about our life insurance programs.


We specialize in final expense life insurance for individuals aged 55–85 — one of the most in-demand markets in the country. These clients respond to direct mail and TV advertisements, requesting someone to visit them and explain the coverage in person. You’ll be that trusted representative helping them secure peace of mind for their families.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients who have requested information, providing them with clear and compassionate guidance on our life insurance programs.
  • Conduct in-person meetings to explain coverage options, ensuring clients understand their choices and feel confident in their decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for their insurance needs.
  • Collaborate with our supportive team to share insights and strategies, enhancing our collective ability to serve clients effectively.
  • Utilize our exclusive warm leads to connect with potential clients, maximizing your impact and efficiency.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide clients with the most relevant and accurate information.
  • Document client interactions and feedback meticulously, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up within our team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically, ensuring clients feel understood and valued.
  • Proven track record of working independently while effectively collaborating with a team.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage client interactions and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Ability to adapt to new information and industry trends, keeping clients informed and confident.
  • Experience in sales or a related field is a plus, but not required.
  • Comfortable conducting in-person meetings and explaining complex information in a simple way.
