Location: Main Clinic + Satellite Clinics (Waukee, Ankeny, Norwalk, and Indianola)

We are seeking two dependable, patient-focused Patient Services Representatives to support our front office operations across our main clinic and satellite locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and understands that excellent customer service is just as important as accuracy.

What youll do

• Check patients in and out for office visits
• Ensure patients are scheduled appropriately
• Verify required items prior to visits, including insurance and necessary documentation
• Support front desk reception coverage as needed
• Travel to and work in satellite clinics as assigned
• Work scheduling and preparation reports to ensure visits are ready ahead of time
• Provide a professional, calm, and friendly experience for patients in person and by phone
• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to keep the day running smoothly

What were looking For

• Healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfortable working with scheduling systems and insurance information
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations
• Ability to adapt, pitch in, and help where needed

This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel between clinic locations.
