What You’ll Do

This role requires someone who can shift gears quickly and take ownership.

Transaction & Operations

  • Review, process, and manage transaction files from contract to closing
  • Assist with leases, contracts, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate appointments, timelines, and deal flow
  • Maintain accurate listing and client data

Marketing & Brand Execution

  • Create commercial property marketing packages (offering memorandums, flyers, etc.)
  • Design and publish listing materials
  • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms
  • Develop graphics and visual content that reflects a professional brand

Technology & Innovation

  • Learn and implement AI-driven marketing tools
  • Support digital campaigns and automation systems
  • Assist in building scalable marketing systems for agents

Property Management & Office Support

  • Assist with property management administrative functions
  • Provide customer service to clients and tenants
  • Handle general office coordination and support
