Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IV Pharmacist for a closed-door long-term care pharmacy near MansfieldMA. This is a 13+ week contract-to-hire opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume sterile compounding environment.

Assignment Details:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift

  • Rotating weekends as needed

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Environment: Closed-door, LTC pharmacy

  • System: Frameworks (training provided)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately compound sterile IV medications, including TPNs and other parenteral solutions, in compliance with USP <797>/<800> standards.

  • Verify medication orders and ensure accuracy, dosage appropriateness, and patient safety.

  • Maintain aseptic technique and adhere to all quality assurance and regulatory guidelines.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal IV therapy outcomes.

  • Document all compounding activities, medication orders, and quality control checks with precision.

Requirements:

  • Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license

  • Sterile compounding and IV admixture experience required

  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
