Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IV Pharmacist for a closed-door long-term care pharmacy near MansfieldMA. This is a 13+ week contract-to-hire opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume sterile compounding environment.
Assignment Details:

Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift

Rotating weekends as needed

Start Date: ASAP

Environment: Closed-door, LTC pharmacy

System: Frameworks (training provided)
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately compound sterile IV medications, including TPNs and other parenteral solutions, in compliance with USP <797>/<800> standards.

Verify medication orders and ensure accuracy, dosage appropriateness, and patient safety.

Maintain aseptic technique and adhere to all quality assurance and regulatory guidelines.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal IV therapy outcomes.

Document all compounding activities, medication orders, and quality control checks with precision.
Requirements:

Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license

Sterile compounding and IV admixture experience required

Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
