Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Learning Strategy Instructional Designer to join the Global Learning team supporting enterprise learning initiatives for our client. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in instructional design, eLearning development, and corporate learning strategy who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop engaging learning solutions across eLearning, ILT, VILT, microlearning, videos, and performance support materials
• Apply ADDIE and ISD methodologies to create learner-centric training programs
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to manage multiple learning projects and timelines
• Support train-the-trainer sessions and facilitate learning programs as needed
• Analyze learning metrics and optimize content for continuous improvement
Required Skills:
• 3+ years of instructional design and corporate learning experience
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360, Rise, LMS platforms, and MS Office
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Vyond, Synthesia, Qualtrics, Jira, and video editing tools
• Experience supporting enterprise or large-scale learning initiatives
