Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales operations. This role is perfect for a proven outbound sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is ready to build a top-performing team from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in direct sales efforts, hiring, training, and managing a team of sales professionals who will be making outbound calls to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Own and execute an outbound sales strategy to generate and close high-quality leads for our legal services.
- Hands-On Leadership: Actively participate in sales calls, demos, and client interactions to refine scripts and strategies.
- Team Building: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of high-performing sales reps focused on outbound calls.
- Sales Process Optimization: Implement and refine a repeatable, scalable outbound sales model for client acquisition.
- Performance Management: Track KPIs, optimize conversion rates, and continuously improve sales processes.
- Client-Centric Sales Approach: Ensure a consultative sales process that builds trust and converts inquiries into paying clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably in legal services, financial services, or high-touch consumer sales.
- Proven success in outbound sales and cold-calling environments with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Hands-on approach—comfortable jumping on calls, closing deals, and training team members by example.
- Experience hiring, training, and managing small, high-performing sales teams from scratch.
- Strong understanding of sales psychology, objection handling, and conversion optimization.
- Experience using CRM tools and call analytics to drive performance.
- Passion for helping clients navigate complex legal challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
