At our hospital, there is no division of front staff versus back staff, we are all part of a cohesive patient care team. We are looking for an individual who will fit the mold with the following skill sets:
1. Excellent customer service skills
2. Calm and compassionate in difficult or emergent situations
3. Able to perform basic reception duties such as; faxing, leaving voicemails, writing emails and scanning
4. Able to work as part of a team, split up task work and communicate we'll with coworkers
5. Able to accurately record information into the computer regarding medical records
6. Able to work M-F, with one weekday off, and Saturdays until 1:00PM
7. Has strong phone communication skills

Experience:
- Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
