We are a small business that started in 1998. Since that time, we currently have over 30 employees and operate from a 50,000 sq. ft. facility in Dayton, OH. We are a automation systems integrator who specializes in robotic automation including material handling, die cast/foundery systems, vision solutions, dispensing, and assembly test and other applications.

Job Details
This position provides PLC/HMI programming to support the design, implementation, startup, and support our equipment.
Duties:
- Design all electrical schematics of automated equipment and robotic work cells
- Perform clean sheet programming
- Prepare offline programs before commissioning
- Debugging and completion of programs
- Complete bill of materials and support purchasing activities
- Write equipment operations manuals
- Conduct and document risk assessment of equipment
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in related field
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree
- Valid driver’s license
- AutoCad design (or similar 2D)
- PLC Programming (AB, Mitsubishi, Omron or Siemens)
- HMI Programming (AB and Mitsubishi)
- Ability to travel throughout the US of up to 25% of the time.
- Understanding of industry safety requirements and design practices
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in robotic programming (FANUC, Motoman, ABB)
- Experience with Cognex or Fanuc iRVision Systems
- Experience in project management
