Our organization is actively seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to conduct a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions in Short Pump, Virginia. This position qualifies for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians who can commit to 30 or more hours each week.

What We Seek
We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Virginia who are eager to make a positive impact and grow alongside us. We particularly welcome:

Providers willing to conduct 25 or more sessions weekly

Behavioral health generalists (open to working with couples and children, with our assistance)

Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while also enjoying teamwork

Individuals interested in clinical leadership or supervisory positions

Strong character is essential — we prioritize integrity, transparency, and a dedication to quality care
Qualifications:
Must hold an active and unrestricted LCSW in Virginia
Candidates must reside in and be licensed in the state where services are delivered.
Compensation:
Up to $103,600, depending on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus potential.
