Radiation Therapist - Tacoma, WA/ Puyallup, WA (New grads are accepted)

Job Type: Full-Time

Shifts:

• Standard: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Early shift for warm-up therapist: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Locations:

• Tacoma, WA

• Puyallup, WA

Job Summary:

We are seeking two dedicated and skilled Radiation Therapists to join our teams in Tacoma and Puyallup, Washington. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for accurately administering radiation therapy treatments in accordance with physician prescriptions and safety protocols. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality patient care in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation treatments as prescribed by radiation oncologists

• Operate and maintain advanced radiation therapy equipment (e.g., Varian TrueBeam, GE CT, HDR, Gamma Knife)

• Ensure adherence to all radiation safety guidelines and procedures

• Accurately position patients and monitor their physical and emotional well-being during treatments

• Maintain clear and accurate treatment documentation and records

Requirements:

• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (Required)

• Washington State Radiation Therapy License (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)

• Proficiency in radiation safety practices and high-tech treatment delivery

• Strong attention to detail and a patient-centered approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
