In this role, you will manage incoming sales inquiries, showroom and service requests, and internet queries. Providing excellent customer service by answering inbound calls and greeting visitors will be essential. You will work closely with Sales and Service departments to support customer needs and help drive sales growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all incoming sales and service appointment requests by scheduling, confirming, and following up on appointments.Coordinate customer questions and issues with the appropriate departments.Track sold vehicles and maintain hot sheets.Confirm special order parts status.Follow up on phone and internet sales leads.Manage paperwork, records, and prepare necessary documentation.Provide administrative assistance as needed.Work EnvironmentYou will work in a professional, non-smoking, and drug-free workplace as part of a supportive team that encourages growth and advancement.
Job Requirement:QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles preferred.Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.Positive and friendly attitude.Dependable and professional work ethic.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficient in computer and internet use, including Microsoft Office.Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is an advantage.
