Job Description

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join our esteemed Community Children's Hospital located along the picturesque Southern California Coast. This facility is recognized for its excellence in pediatric care and operates in an ambulatory environment.

As a Level-II Pediatric Trauma Center, we offer robust pediatric support, featuring:

22 pediatric sub-specialties
A dedicated Pediatric Residency Program
An 8-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
A level-III, 22-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Position Highlights:

Collaborative, multi-disciplinary team including two Pediatric Gastroenterologists, Dietitians, Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), and a strong support staff.
Opportunity to engage with residents in our Pediatric Residency program.
Competitive base salary starting at $283,000, with total earnings potential reaching between $330,000 and $400,000 through performance bonuses.
Temporary housing stipends available for up to six months, along with housing down payment assistance of up to $500,000.
Sign-on bonus of $40,000, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits package, paid time off (PTO), continuing medical education (CME) support, and more.
