Key Qualifications:
- Must hold or be eligible for an Indiana Professional License (IPLA) and a teacher’s license from the Department of Education (IDOE)
- Preferably 1-2 years of prior SLP experience
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Flexibility and effective problem-solving skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech language therapy, including areas such as assistive technology, augmentative communication, and oral-motor function
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and interpret findings for comprehensive reporting
- Develop and track IEP objectives
- Work closely with parents and staff to maximize students’ growth and support needs
- Address a range of disabilities and age groups from early childhood to young adulthood
