Job DescriptionABR is recruiting for several Call Center Representatives for a reputable company in Mosinee, WI.
Location: Mosinee, WI | Employment Type: Full-Time, $18-20/hr
Hours are Monday – Friday, 7:45 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.
Call Center Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, friendly service via phone, email, chat, and more
- Resolve member concerns accurately and efficiently
- Educate and cross-sell products that support financial wellness
- Handle backend tasks such as record updates and service requests
- Ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulations
What You’ll Need:
- 2–5 years of related customer service or financial industry experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality
Work Environment:
- Office-based role with extended screen time
- Occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs); mostly sedentary
- Requires timely, reliable attendance and flexibility with scheduling
