Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized speech and language therapy to K12 students through engaging one-on-one and small group virtual sessions.

  • Conduct thorough online assessments to identify student needs and develop targeted intervention plans.

  • Write, implement, and monitor IEPs in alignment with Montana and federal guidelines.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth.

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and IEP pliance.

  • Participate in virtual IEP and eligibility meetings as an active team member.

  • Use secure, interactive teletherapy platforms to keep sessions dynamic and effective.


Requirements

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Montana SLP license

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP)

  • 2+ years of school-based experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of IEP development, pliance, and delivery

  • Excellent munication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • fort and confidence using teletherapy technology


Technology Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection

  • Laptop or desktop puter (Chromebooks and tablets not supported)

  • Successful pletion of a brief tech check to ensure system patibility
