Position Overview

Rational 360 is seeking an experienced In-House Recruiter & HR Generalist to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends full-cycle recruiting with hands-on HR operations and employee support. The ideal candidate is a proactive people-partner who thrives in a fast-moving professional services environment and enjoys building scalable processes while maintaining a strong employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles, including communications, digital, data, creative, operations/finance positions, and senior roles.
  • Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and role requirements
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
  • Develop a stronger and cohesive hiring process experience for the Company
  • Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process
  • Maintain and improve employer branding and candidate experience
  • Able to work as the sole in-house recruiter for the Company

Human Resources & Employee Support

  • Serve as a day-to-day HR resource for employees and managers
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Assist with performance management, employee relations, and internal policies
  • Help with compliance and HR documentation
  • Contribute to culture initiatives, training, and employee engagement efforts

Operations & Process Improvement

  • Maintain accurate HR and recruiting records and systems
  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting and HR workflows
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and best practices

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in recruiting and human resources, preferably in a consulting, agency, or professional services environment
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems preferred
