Seize The Bagel in Vancouver, WA is looking for experienced pastry cook(s) Level 1 - 3, to join our Crew. We are located at 9609 NE 117th Avenue, in Orchards.

Pastry Cook Level 1, 2 & 3

• Compensation DOE (depends on experience) and level of expertise
• Full or Part time hours
• No evenings (we bake 6am to 4pm)

Pastry Cook Responsibilities:

• Read, understand, follow written recipe(s)
• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, bread, cakes, etc
• Decorating and displaying finished products.
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
• Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.

Compensation Disclosure:

• includes a BASE rate of 18.50 to 22.50, (DOE) plus TIPS (SERVICE POOL)
• SERVICE POOL (TIPS), are shared by all service staff, prorated by experience, cross training, and position
