Case Manager - Interim Housing
LHH is looking for a Housing Case Manager for our nonprofit client located in South Central Los Angeles, CA and Inglewood, CA. These roles will be focused on supporting our client's program participants in an interim housing environment to get immediate healthcare, necessary documentation, and work towards a more stable housing living situation.

Interested candidates must feel comfortable working with the homeless demographic. This includes individuals who are experiencing substance abuse disorders.Pay: $25+/hr DOE
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Required (no exceptions)

Minimum 1 year of case management/social work experience required

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a wide array of internal and external contacts

Ability to work well in a high-pressure situation and de-escalate situations as needed

Compassionate and empathetic towards others while being able to maintain a professional work boundary

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
