Manitowoc, WI

Schedule & Work Environment

• 10-hour shifts, Tuesday - Friday (3-day weekends!) 8:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
• Fast-paced, manufacturing setting
• Full-time, hourly position with competitive wages and benefits

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a strong electrical background and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a skilled Electrical Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join a leading team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of the maintenance team, you’ll:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems across the facility
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Install, wire, and test new equipment
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
• Support plant operations by ensuring all systems are safe and fully operational
• Follow all safety standards including Lockout/Tagout and confined space procedures
• Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to get the job done right

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and the National Electrical Code
• Skilled in using trade tools and reading blueprints/schematics
• Mechanically inclined with solid problem-solving ability
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet all day
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Associate degree in Industrial Electrical or enrollment in an accredited program (required); certification is a plus
• Fork truck operation experience required
• Commitment to confidentiality and workplace safety
• Proficient in English for effective communication

Bonus If You Have:

• Familiarity with confined space and Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
